Cabinet Secretary
Mr. Cerletti was the managing partner and co-developer of several hotels in Santa Fe, Albuquerque and Los Alamos including La Posada, Hotel St. Francis and The Plaza Real, all in Santa Fe, La Posada de Albuquerque and the Los Alamos Inn. In 1990 while serving as co founder and president of Southwest Hospitality Group in Santa Fe, Mr. Cerletti was asked by incoming Governor Bruce King to serve as the first Secretary of Tourism for the state of New Mexico. Following his four years as tourism secretary, Mr. Cerletti returned to the private sector as the managing partner of Rancho Encantado, a small ranch resort north of Santa Fe.
Mr. Cerletti has served as Cabinet Secretary since March 2004.
