Alamogordo Museum of History
Founded in 1964, the Tularosa Basin Historical Society collects and preserves the history of Alamogordo, Otero County, and the Tularosa Basin. Through exhibits, the Museum tells the story of the people of the region, including Native Americans, ranchers, miners, railroad workers, merchants, physicians, and many more. Archives, photographs, and a reference library are also available.
