Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary

northwest region of New MexicoLocated in the high-desert country of Candy Kitchen, New Mexico, Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary provides a permanent home to over fifty wolves and wolf-dogs. Our mission is three-fold: to educate the public, to rescue abused and abandoned captive-bred wolves and wolf-dogs, and to provide our residents with permanent, safe Sanctuary.

Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary offers guests the opportunity to view wolves up-close while enjoying one of our four daily tours offered six days a week. Guests will learn about wolves and wolf-dogs, wild wolves, common misconceptions about the wolf, and what we accomplish at the Sanctuary. Visitors can camp overnight while the wolves sing you to sleep, or eat lunch in our courtyard after browsing our on-site gift shop. We offer photographers the unique opportunity to take photos of the wolves inside the enclosures on our specially scheduled photography tours.

Wolf tours are offered Tuesday through Sunday, at 11:00 am, 12:30 pm, 2:00 pm, and 3:30 pm. Admission is $5 for adults, $4 for senior citizens, $3 for children 7 - 12, and under the age of 7 is free. Campground sites for either tent pitching or RV parking is $10 per night. Photography tours are $50 per person, per hour, and must be scheduled two weeks in advance.
