Characteristic 1940's style motel and mineral bath house. Built specifically as a healing center, current spa services include massage therapy, reflexology, holistic healing, ayurvedic consultation, wraps and 112 °F mineral baths.

Motel services include kitchenettes, 1940's barbershop and gift store. Rates are priced one step over 1940 creating one of the most reasonable and possibly unusual spa adventures in the Southwest. The motel consists of twenty apartment style rooms. They include a full kitchen, sitting area, full bath and cable TV. Dishes and cooking utensils are available for stays of three nights or longer. Gift shop includes, locally made candles, soaps, ,pottery, imported jewelry and Yerba Mate. Jaquan Gallery exhibits original artworks by resident artist Jaquan Tracy.
