This incredible five day/four night package allows you to enjoy the best in Taos hotel accommodations and dining; a never-to-be-forgotten ride on the historic Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad; and an adventure wilderness in picturesque Chama.

Your journey begins in Taos- nestled at the base of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains - with a two-night stay at the historic Taos Inn, where you will experience the best in Southwestern charm and history. A new adventure awaits you on day three when you board the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad, America’s longest and highest scenic rail. This national treasure will capture your heart as you take a journey back in time. During a stop atop Cumbres Pass, a new adventure awaits, as tour guides escort you on an ATV wildlife tour of the Brazos Meadows Ranch and Recreation Company. At this 1,500-acre private ranch, nestled in high-mountain meadows, you will be treated to a fireside gourmet dinner under New Mexico’s star-filled skies, prepared by one of the area’s most creative chefs. The day concludes with open-air overnight accommodations.

On day four you will awaken to a day of fishing, hiking and ATV touring in the fresh mountain air. Your day concludes with reception, dinner and lodging at The Lodge at Chama, one of New Mexico’s finest accommodations, complete with its own private elk herd.
