Relax and rejuvenate your senses with the Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort & Spa/Black Mesa Golf Club Package Giveaway. This three night/four day package allows you to join in the tradition of healing at the sacred waters enjoyed for centuries by native peoples who came to soothe body, mind and soul at Ojo Caliente. One of the nation’s oldest spas and one of New Mexico’s historic treasures, Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs opened as a spa in 1868. Ojo Caliente is the only hot springs in the world with four different types of mineral waters: arsenic, iron, soda & Lithia. On the first full day at the spa, enjoy an 80-minute custom massage (one per person) that are part of the package. On the second day of your package enjoy the dramatic vistas at Black Mesa Golf Course with a round of golf, and your choice of horseback riding, a golf lesson, or a tour of Puye Cliff dwellings, where the ancestors of the modern Santa Clara Pueblo people first carved cave-like dwellings in the soft volcanic tufa cliffs. Designed by architect Baxter Spann, Black Mesa has a wild Irish links look to it. The course plays through dramatic sandstone ridges with Black Mesa visible from several locations. Each hole features unique characteristics that make for both strategic and memorable play. Golf Magazine ranked it as one of the "Top 10 You Can Play – One of the finest public-access courses that opened their gates in 2003."
