The Discover New Mexico “Enchantment Card” discount program will increase the number of visitors and your fellow New Mexicans into your community. All local businesses will benefit from the boost, not just tourism-related businesses. The goal of the Discover New Mexico “Enchantment Card” discount program is to increase the number of visitors and your fellow New Mexicans into our communities.
The “Enchantment Card” means more visitors - more people traveling, shopping, eating, sight-seeing and maybe even staying an extra night or two.
Attention Business Owners: There is no charge for adding your business to our program all you have to do is agree to honor the discount that you offer. In other words it's Free you tell us what you want to offer and we will send you a packet.
PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
Simply complete this form. It goes directly to the New Mexico Tourism Department. You may add a disclaimer such as, “Discount applies to card holder only” and / or “Not good with any other offers or discounts”. This agreement will be in effect for six months from the indicated start date stated on this form. You will be contacted for renewal and the opportunity to change your offer prior to expiration of this agreement. Should you wish to withdraw from the program at any time during the term of this agreement, a 30-day written notice of your intent to withdraw shall be given to the NMTD. Failure to give the required notice may disqualify you from participating in any future Discover New Mexico “Enchantment Card” programs. The New Mexico Tourism Department may terminate this program at any time upon 30-day written notice to all business.
Program start date: August 1, 2009 (Discount to be honored for a minimum of six months from start date)
Submitting this form constitutes acceptance to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
